These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and services of VoltMind AI, operated by VoltMind AI, LLC (“VoltMind,” “we,” “us”). By using our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

VoltMind provides local SEO services, including Google Business Profile setup and optimization, review management, geogrid rank reporting, AI-assisted content, and related services as described on your selected plan. Specific deliverables depend on the plan you purchase.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Fees, billing & cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. There are no setup fees.
• Service is month-to-month — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

Your responsibilities

To deliver the service, you agree to grant the access we reasonably need — including verifying ownership of your Google Business Profile, Nextdoor, and social accounts — and to provide accurate, lawful business information. Delays in providing access may affect timelines.

Voice Platform add-on

The Voice Platform add-on (available on Multi-Platform Growth and Full Social Suite, $99/month) provides an AI receptionist and a US phone number provisioned through our voice provider. Inbound calls and recordings are subject to our Privacy Policy and the recording-disclosure obligations of applicable state law.

• Fair-use cap: approximately 750 inbound minutes per calendar month. You will receive an alert as you approach the cap. Beyond the cap, we reserve the right to temporarily disable the AI receptionist until the next billing cycle to preserve service for all clients.
• Cancellation — 60-day number hold: when you cancel the Voice add-on, we will hold your phone number for sixty (60) days at our expense, after which it is released back to the carrier pool. If you reactivate the add-on within those 60 days, you keep your number.
• Port-out: at any time during the hold period (or while the add-on is active), you may request to port your number to another carrier. We will release the number on our voice provider so the receiving carrier can claim it during the FCC port-out process. A one-time porting fee of $35 applies to cover the administrative work; it will appear on your next invoice.
• No guarantee of specific results: the AI receptionist captures leads to the best of its ability based on the configuration you and we set together. Call outcomes depend on caller behavior, telephony quality, and configuration accuracy.

Third-party platforms

Our services interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Nextdoor, Meta). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions, availability, or policy changes.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings and visibility depend on factors outside our control. We use industry best practices but do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Any examples shown are illustrative, not promises.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to our website, methods, and materials. Content we create for you as a deliverable is licensed to you for your business use. You retain ownership of your own brand assets and business information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltMind and VoltMind AI, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VoltMind against claims arising from your business, the content or information you provide, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee for any dispute arising under these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
